The Program

1. Lifeline Express will provide free cataract surgery for ONE eye for each eligible patient；
2. Under the "Lifeline Express - Free Cross-border Cataract Surgery Program", the package includes：
   1. One comprehensive pre-operative assessment; and
   2. Catract surgery, with one suitable basic monofocal intraocular lens and all necessary medical consumables; and
   3. One night of hospitalization; and
   4. Three post-operative check-ups within one month of the surgery, along with prescriptions to address any complications arising from the procedure.

Note：Eligible patients must arrange and pay for their own transport and personal expenses.
